Hi, I'm Rumi

I have a Master's degree in Biochemistry, and honestly? I became a formulation scientist because this work genuinely excites me.

I've always loved research. There's something incredible about spending hours in a lab, testing theories, watching compounds interact, understanding the why behind everything. I published 4 research papers during my academic career - topics like nanoparticle delivery systems and antimicrobial compounds - and I loved every minute of it.

But I wanted to do something that contributes to the real world, not just academic journals.

So I moved from pure research into pharmaceutical R&D, spending 5+ years developing products that meet TGA and FDA standards. I learned how to bridge the gap between research and reality - creating formulas that don't just look good on paper, but actually work in people's hands.

That's why I started Formulyn.

I saw too many wellness brands with incredible visions struggling because they didn't have access to real formulation expertise. They were getting generic formulas, under-dosed ingredients, or products that failed in stability testing.

When I formulate, I bring years of lab experience and published research to the table. I know how ingredients behave at the molecular level. I understand clinical dosing. I've managed quality systems in real production environments.

I've moved from Pakistan to Australia, building my career across continents, because I believe in creating opportunities where there are gaps.
